The Raving lunacy of Tennessee Republican State Sen. Stacey Campfield

If Republicans want to open the “mentally ill” can of worms regarding firearms, than let’s start by keeping guns away from the deeply homophobic sicko in Tennessee, State Sen. Stacey Campfield.

There’s no question this guy is a hair trigger away from trying to shoot us out of the gay epidemic he thinks is such an urgent safety issue.

If I've got this right, Republicans would make it much easier to commit a sick son-of-a-bitch like this for gun safety. Check out his other folly referenced in the picture. People really voted for this fuck:
Opposing Views: Sen. Stacey Campfield’s proposed bill mandates that a school counselor, nurse or principal inform parents if their children's "circumstances present immediate and urgent safety issues involving human sexuality."

This new proposal comes on the heels of Campfield’s “Don’t Say Gay” bill, a measure he introduced last year that would have banned the teaching of gay issues in elementary and middle schools.

(He) received this letter from one of his concerned constituents: "I am appalled at your thought of [the bill] and how it will protect children. I [used] to be proud to call Tennessee my home but after this I am not so sure. Your mind set is pathetic as well as this bill. Imagine, if you have kids and one was gay, how this bill would affect them and you."

The Senator wrote back: "You seem to have some serious, deep anger issues. Have you ever thought about therapy? I hear they are doing some wonderful things with medications these days. Yours in service, Sen. Stacey Campfield."
