WSJ: Madison's water earned the title of best-tasting water at the Wisconsin State Fair. The Madison Water Utility won the blue ribbon in the 27th annual Best-Tasting Water contest Monday … samples that were judged on taste, odor and appearance. Two Rivers in northeast Wisconsin won second place, and Oak Creek in southeast Wisconsin won third place.
