Time to energize the massive protest movement at the Capitol again, starting Tuesday.

This is crunch time. HD camera ready, the time has come...for me anyway.

At least one major labor union is asking its members to show up in Madison on Tuesday to protest Gov. Scott Walker's budget.  The Wisconsin Education Association Council has asked its members to come to Madison "to protest a budget that guts public schools, strips workers of their rights and erodes our state’s quality of life."

The union says protests will begin at 11 a.m. at the Capitol Square, with a 5:30 p.m. rally at State St.
