The Obama administration has been roundly criticized by conservatives for a flawed health care reform law that requires it to continually hand out waivers for those blessed with better than average plans. The new law restricts annual dollar limits on policies.
So the Obama administration is going to end all exemptions September 22nd.
But that “little fact?”
MSNBC: Congressional Republicans had charged favoritism, claiming that waivers were being funneled to unions. But an outside review by the Government Accountability Office found that the administration was using objective standards to make its decisions.
