Domestic Partnership Upheld.

Bigots weep:
AP: A Dane County circuit judge has upheld Wisconsin's domestic partnership registry, saying it does not violate the state's ban on gay marriage.
 
Judge Daniel Moeser says in his ruling released on Monday that the domestic registry law does not create a legal status for partners that is identical or substantially similar to that of marriage and therefore it does not violate the constitutional ban
