Guess what, the corporate tax cuts in Wisconsin aren't really that helpful, if at all. In some cases, individuals with no employees get the most benefit. Wow, what a shocker. And now that Scott Walker has opened his door to the corporate welfare office, those cuts can "help," but surprisingly just aren't enough...!
