The 43rd annual Phi Delta Kappa/Gallup Poll of the Public’s Attitudes Toward the Public Schools

One note on curriculum and teacher flexibility in table 9; the combination of the two is the right answer. Without a structure, success cannot be duplicated. The question suggests teachers can teach anyway they want, without a curriculum. Respondents here could not have been more irresponsible.
