Who Should We Blame for Government Shutdown, pt 2? There will be a quiz.

The tea party costume contest pickup up steam again, this time in D.C., where only around 100 to 300 movement members were able to catch a free bus ticket in. Let's face it, they're an electoral tool and nothing more. They don't really show up for controversial issues anywhere in the country, do they, but they're right there in Washington in an embarrassingly small number. And half the crowd turned out to be press.
