Gov. Scott “Humpty Dumpty” Walker bestows “empowerment” and “dignity” on Jobless by taking away their Unemployment. He cares too much….

Scott Walker is filled with Humpty Dumptyisms. What’s that? From Wiktionary: "The practice of insisting that a word means whatever one wishes it to."

This great line from “Through the Looking-glass” says it all:
Humpty Dumpty replies "When I use a word it means just what I choose it to mean — neither more nor less."
Walker goes beyond Humpty Dumpty's word play though, by including phrases and concepts. Which brings me to the following unexplainable, explanation. WKOW:

Humpty Walker: "Ultimately the best thing that we can do for people who are unfortunately in a difficult position today is find ways to empower them through the dignity that comes from work, to ensure that they're only temporarily dependent on the government supports we provide."
Inspired yet? Can anyone make sense of Walker's upside down reason to kick people off unemployment, just so businesses are off the hook from paying more into the insurance fund?
