Got some time...lots of time?

I laughed uncontrollably for about 2 minutes, staring at the picture below and reading the first paragraph that, yup, I couldn’t agree with more. When was the last time you even thought of marshmellows....? Madison.com:



But they're oh so good made from scratch? OMG. But Stephanie Bedford came up with this absolutely classic conclusion, that I guess, I should get excited about. Oh, I tried, but couldn’t stop myself from breaking up just a little…
The resulting marshmallows are creamier, tastier and more buoyant in your cocoa than the store-bought version, and for only about fifteen minutes of active work.
