It's always the little things.
Oops, our Wisconsin congressional representatives have tipped
their hand; they do want to dismantle Social Security and Medicare. They made themselves very clear with their recent vote on the stopgap appropriations
measure. WSJ:
SOCIAL SECURITY, MEDICARE: Voting 190 for and 228 against, the House on Friday defeated a Democratic bid to prohibit spending in HJ Res 59 (the stopgap appropriations measure) aimed at privatizing Social Security or converting Medicare to a voucher program.
A yes vote backed the Democratic motion. Voting no: Ryan, Sensenbrenner, Petri, Duffy, Ribble.
Are we clear about that now?
They encourage a voucher program where they can tear up the vouchers?
