Wisconsin's voter ID law has been declared unconstitutional, twice. So basically, you still don't have to show a photo ID. But that's not stopping Republicans in conservative stronghold Whitefish Bay from asking for one. Will anything be done, or will this story fade away magically? From CBS58:
