Wisconsin needs to sample Booze to increase liquor sales says Rep. Kleefisch!!

We don’t drink enough in Wisconsin.

And get this; we’ve been missing out on all the new and different kinds of booze. We need to be introduced to, and consumer more booze!

Thank god we have ideas man Republican Rep. Joel Kleefisch on the job, ready to solve the booze rut we’ve all been wallowing in these many decades.
Fox 6: (If) a Republican lawmaker gets his way, mini-shots of liquor will also be available (in stores).
By solving a problem no one knew we had, Kleefisch wants to help booze sales skyrocket!
Kleefisch says in a letter sent to his colleagues on Thursday that the bill is intended to help liquor stores increase sales by exposing customers to new products. He says 43 other states allow sampling of liquor and none have reported any problems.
Sure it’s just a flat out dumb idea, but Kleefisch is convinced we could all use an extra shot or two while taking little Johnny on a shopping trip. With most of the major changes to our state already passed by the legislature, it looks like Republican are going to fill their time with stuff like this.
Republican Rep. Joel Kleefisch of Oconomowoc is floating a bill that would allow for samples of half an ounce of liquor to be offered at retail outlets. Up to three samples at a time would be allowed, which is the equivalent of an average shot of liquor.
Throw in a sample of beer and wine and I can't think of a better way to relax on the drive home. Next thing you know, they'll pass a law for super early morning liquor sales...oh, they have?
