Today Pres. Obama also reminded the public that any decision that rejects the mandate will call into question the ability of the court to be taken seriously. Think about it; we all know those who pay insurance premiums cover the cost of those who don't have insurance. Without the mandate, the entire plan could fall apart nationwide, which actually makes the case for interstate commerce clause:
