The woman complaining in the story below is acting as though recall petitioners are trying to scare or intimidate her and fellow tenants with a posting in the lobby that simply implies what Walker's plan will do to the state. The letter may be hyperbolic, but is it a threat?
This is what a lack of information brings to the electoral process, not that I think there should be any kind of prerequisite. There are a lot of people willing to vote against their own best interest.
