Republican Rep. Evan Wynn on Voter ID Scheme: "The memo detailing the implementation...is concerning to say the least."

Some Republicans, like Rep. Evan Wynn, actually though the voter ID law would prevent voter fraud and be accessible to everyone, even those who couldn't afford it. Today, he's a little disturbed by the bad press.

This is starting to look really bad for the Walker administration and the Fitzgerald brothers:
jsonline: The state Department of Transportation is taking flak from a new opponent to its policies on giving out free identification cards -- a Republican who voted for the state's voter ID law. The DOT has adopted the policy of giving out free IDs only to those who ask for them, "The memo detailing the implementation of free photo identification is concerning, to say the least," Rep. Evan Wynn (R-Whitewater) wrote Thursday to Transportation Secretary Mark Gottlieb.

"As long as the individual provides the proper documents to prove that they are who they claim to be, it should be the department's mission and goal to remove all barriers from obtaining that identification -- including the price tag.... Placing unnecessary barriers undermines our elections and undermines the intent of the law."

  1. If you had done your homework and not voted along party lines you would have seen it was not necessary now you are running scared and you should well be.

You still are a lap dog of walker and the people know your name, and hopefully on the next election you will join the ranks of the unemployed. Any effort you under take now won't over shadow the damage you have done to the state.
