Walker Administration spinning the job losses and dramatic increases in the unemployment numbers

I remember clearly the national attention Gov. Scott Walker received after touting the "great" job numbers that his administration claimed made up the majority of the jobs created in the whole U.S..

Wait, maybe that was just a dream, and the administration was more guarded about appearing too celebratory over the great news.
