Taxpayers picking up bill for Frac Sand Mining Costs, not companies.

I guess we’re supposed to be so grateful to have a frac sand mine in our community that we’d even offer to use taxpayer money to help restore the damaged area for them. That's what's happening:
WPR: A 2008 Department of Natural Resources report showed that 13 Wisconsin Counties were operating their reclamation programs at a deficit.

County Zoning Administrator David Gifford says they are not breaking even: “I would say at this time we are not covering 100 percent of the time that is invested into non-metallic mining.”
Corporate welfare for jobs? It looks like big business can smell the public's desperation.
