Watch what happens for the school year 2011-12. Gov. Walker has another whole year, 2010-11 to take credit before his privatization experiment with profiteers and the loss of experienced teachers takes its predictable toll.
WKOW: Wisconsin leads the nation with a 90.7 percent high school graduation rate according to the recently released report, "Public School Graduates and Dropouts from the Common Core of Data: School Year 2008–09," from the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).
The state Department of Public Instruction released this statement. It's the second straight year the state's graduation rate has led the nation.
