Dylan Ratigan hosts Thom Hartmann, who exposes a law that most states had in place in the early 1800's, that specifically took the money out of politics. Hartmann mentions but doesn't explain that in 1954, the law was repealed. I guess we now have the language for a constitutional amendment.
