The attempts by Arizona officials to legitimize banning only Chicano/Mexican studies in public schools is not only an example of big government interference (what are small government Republicans thinking?), but continues to make them look worse with every racist word out of their mouths. Doug Nick, the Federal Liaison to the Arizona Department of Education, fears the current studies may encourage Mexicans to re-conquer Arizona and maybe even the country.
Nick brings up the tired old MLK quote about people being judged by their content and not skin color blah blah blah...is so Aryan and so discriminatory that it's breath taking. Fortunately, Chris Matthews guest Professor Marc Lamont Hill shreds the white supremacist comments by Nick.
