Astonishingly, talker Walter E. Williams takes the Civil Rights Act for granted. Ever wonder how black conservatives are able to reconcile being in the Republican Party? Well here it is.
He also believes women are subservient to men, kinda like when blacks were subservient to whites, but in an okey biblical way. For some people, like Williams, the brain doesn't connect any of these dots.
