Air America's Rachel Maddow smoked her pundit panel guests, by summing up the actual meaning of Scott McClellan's best selling "What Happened," leaving MSNBC's host David Gregory struggling to explore other possible meanings to fill the segment. Despite McClellan's repeated statements explaining exactly why he wrote the book, the talk guests were either confused or refused to except the obvious.
