In a show of pure misogyny, President drawled praise on French first lady Carla Bruni in Paris, describing her as "It was a 'great pleasure' to have been able to meet your wife too. She's a 'really smart', 'capable woman'. I can see why you married her."
French president Nicolas Sarkozy could only look down in utter shock. Or was this fellow conservative neo-liberal checking to see if he had his own list bar jokes for a quick comeback.
What is with these people and their contempt for women?
