In the video below, the Fox News host argues:

"You keep saying rights, stripping them of their rights. I mean, those rights aren't ingrain, they're not Constitutional in any regard, these were certain privileges really, that were granted to those particular workers, and now given the budget deficit of $3.5 billion, those privileges are being modified. Isn't that what's going on?"

Sen. Holperin let him have it...with the truth.

"No, your absolutely wrong, those are rights, and those are statutory rights that were passed into Wisconsin law..."
