Howard Dean: Republicans always overplay their hand, and they're very bad at governing.

I thought Howard Dean put it well here about what's happening in Wisconsin, and around the country. Then again, even though it makes complete sense to me, my conservative friend will probably find some conspiracy or blame the liberal media for spinning the news.
