Tight budgeting and limited polling places just another unintended consequence of the smoke and mirrors frivolous voter ID law that seems to be tying things up, pissing people off, and isn't even in effect yet.
TMJ 4: Some voters in Glendale complained that they had to wait up to 40 minutes to vote, because they city's mayor and common council decided that they could only afford to open one polling station. Those requests are holding up the lines as well.
