NBC15: Democratic state Rep. Fred Clark has defeated fake Democratic candidate Rol Church in the Wisconsin state Senate race covering Baraboo and other communities north of Madison. He will now take on incumbent Republican Sen. Luther Olsen of Ripon in the Aug. 9 recall election for the 14th Senate District.

Before I get to the Clark vs Olsen race, a detail in the video below peaked my interest. A few voters walked away when they refused to sign the poll books to vote, a new requirement that came along with voter ID.
