Obama says Rebates to Help with High Priced Gas

Sen. Obama has this response to high gas prices. It's a good ad, but not very memorable. Obama's got to define McCain, and he's not doing it. Oil reserves, rebates and compromise may appeal to some Democrats, but it's light weight.
