Zerban on Ryan's Budget: "Based on 2.8 percent unemployment...reduces discretionary spending down to 3 percent GDP."

Paul Ryan's Democratic opponent for his house seat, Rob Zerban, summed up Ryan's budgeting plan with brutal honesty. He's not exaggerating. I posted a past clip of Ezra Klein explaining how Ryan convinced the CBO to grade his plan under the most impossible and idyllic conditions.
