There's an avalanche of well deserved coverage exposing the Paul Ryan plan flaws, prompting the question; how did Ryan ever get the reputation as a budget hawk? I've been saying this for years.

The Big Lie: Romney and Ryan are pushing Obama's use of Medicare's $700 billion dollars to pay for the Affordable Care Act, as if it was a raid on the senior's program, when in fact, it isn't. Amazingly, Ryan takes that same amount out as well, but uses it for tax cuts. Here's two cuts that make that point:
