Conservative “Projection,” and an ideology in denial.

How is it possible to so misread the liberal mind? Projection!

The shear lunacy of projecting the attributes; lying, conspiracy theories, brainwashing, creating government dependence, control of the media, destroying capitalism, class war mongers.

That doesn’t even include the wholly mythical democratic agenda; pushing socialism, sworn allegiance to unions, tax and spenders, appeasers, creating a global currency, anti-religious and health care rationing.

This would be a real fight if conservative tried to truly understand liberal ideals, but that would require research and the ability to “understand.” So instead of taking on the difficult task of defending their now failed theory of free markets, deregulation and the deficit producing tax cut agenda, they have taken the easy way out-lying.

The sad reality is that some Democrats have bought into the often repeated propaganda of the right. But that’s what repetition is supposed to do. Take for instance this observation from
William Kristol:
Its claim to intellectual integrity has collapsed. Paul Krugman … has humiliated himself with a startlingly dishonest attack on Paul Ryan’s budget proposal. Krugman, called out by Ryan, rebuked by honest analysts, and unwilling to concede his errors, has retreated into uncharacteristic abashed silence.
Ah projection, it’s a funny thing. Kristol is lying of course, not Krugman. Krugman has not retreated. He might have decided not to give Ryan valuable column space every day. His honest attack is backed up by the non-partisan Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, which did a complete analysis of Ryan’s plan, including a point by point debate on each of Ryan’s objections.

The next BIGGEST lie? The idea that Obama is a socialist dictator pushing Marxist policies down the throats of protesting Americans. That was proven false by the White House last week after Robert Gibbs used a little backroom liberal bashing in a recent interview. There was no conservative mea culpa for being so wrong:
Its Leninist discipline has collapsed. Last week, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs complained about the craziness of the “professional left” in the punditocracy. “Those people ought to be drug tested,” Gibbs explained. “They will be satisfied when we have Canadian health care and we’ve eliminated the Pentagon. That’s not reality. .  .  . They wouldn’t be satisfied if Dennis Kucinich was president.” Members of the professional left hit back at Gibbs, dubbing the Obama White House the “amateur left.”
Obama a socialist? Oops. Equally as big a lie:
Its democratic credibility has collapsed. In recent weeks, the left has the arbitrary rulings and sophistic arguments of federal judges who have overturned an immigration statute that mirrors federal law passed by the state legislature in Arizona, and a constitutional amendment, defining marriage as it has been defined for all of American history, enacted by the citizens of California … New York mayor Michael Bloomberg … showered disdain and contempt on the majority of his fellow New Yorkers who object to a mosque next to Ground Zero.

People voting to limit rights, all issues clearly layed out in the constitution, is so obviously wrong that it boggles the mind. Really, it's obvious right? Yet we're debating these issues.
