Will Big talking Tea Party Dickensians scare American’s to death with spending cuts?

In a few weeks, we’ll have our answer, and I can’t wait.
Reuters: Tea Party makes a quick mark in Congress: The Tea Party won its first big victory in Congress on Thursday, forcing House of Representatives Republican leaders to make deeper spending cuts than they planned and setting up a showdown with the White House and Democratic-led Senate. "Today it's the Tea Party calling us to our senses," Republican House Speaker John Boehner told a gathering of conservatives in Washington on Thursday night, shortly after the spending decision.

The public is about to get a real look at the tea party vision of America. Unless I’ve missed my guess, and there are more “haves than have not’s,” their movement will be a short and an infamous one historically.
