WSJ: Call the timing fortuitous, ironic, or simply uncanny: At the same time protesters of Gov. Scott Walker's proposal to strip collective bargaining rights from most public workers rallied outside the Capitol this week, final touches were being made to a photo exhibit, a block and a half away, that focuses on Wisconsin workers.
"Wisconsin Labor: A Contemporary Portrait," planned since 2007, opens at 5:30 p.m. Friday in the Overture Center's James Watrous Gallery.
