This ad in Nevada is only meant to confuse the simple minded tea party/conservative voter, and vilify Harry Reid. Having it both ways works, and shifts the sad shape of the Nevada economy from the Republican Governor to Congress.
Think Progress: GOP operatives Karl Rove and Ed Gillespie recently founded a network of right-wing attack groups … One of those groups, American Crossroads, formed to spend tens of millions of dollars on House and Senate races this year.
ROVE: Look, the stimulus bill was not stimulative. The American economy is strong enough it’s gonna come out of recession. The question is did these policies impede or speed up its recovery. I think they impeded its recovery. I don’t think they sped it up.
