I really love watching and listening to Rachel Maddow, but sometimes here doom and gloom cynicism about the future raises red flags were there really aren't any to begin with. Case in point: Barack Obama's tapping into too many established politicos, especially from the Clinton administration, to bring about real change. Apparently, Maddow would prefer less experienced people in place in a time of national and international crisis.
Thank god her guest and author of the book Outliers, Malcolm Gladwell, offered up some very encouraging insights into Obama's selections. He basically made Maddow look like she should be wearing a tin foil hat.
