(AP) - A GOP candidate in South Florida says it was a mistake to shoot at a target with a Democratic congresswoman's initials. Robert Lowry, a Republican vying to replace Democratic U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, fired at a full-body silhouette with her initials written next to its head.
Lowry first told the Sun-Sentinel it was a joke, then that it was a mistake.
