The Republican war on "frivolous lawsuits," except their own, which aren't Frivolous.

Recently Congressional candidate Julie Lassa's home phone was given in a U.S. Chamber of Commerce ad in a campaign of fear and intimidation.

It was no mistake.

But the bigger picture is even more telling, as we watch the tea party movement buy into the Chamber's agenda of limit government, that would essentially turn things over to them.

Take the long time conservative case of removing corporate liability from defective products and services. Another words, doing away with supposed "frivolous lawsuits." Is it really a drag on business and the economy? Or is the right to sue reserved for the powerful? Keith Olbermann exposes the hypocrisy and truth:
