You'll notice that when you drill down to those completing the Census online, the upper half of the state still suffering poor internet service has had a horrible return rate. Unlike rural electrification, a hugely successful government program, Republicans want the free market to provide high-speed rural broadband, which has been holding back job and business creation for 20 years.
