I remember when teabilly Republicans around the country compared President Obama and Michelle to Hitler, Stalin and Mao for having children around them to sign bills, or push healthy school lunches. The kids were there because they were a part of the action, and not just props.
So I noticed awhile back that Wisconsin Supreme Court Justine Roggensack used children as props in her reelection campaign, which had nothing to do with kids. Along with Scott Walker sitting with boys and girls signing the concealed gun legislation at an indoor family water park. If you were to use the same standards as conservative losers, these people must have a lot in common with Hitler, Stalin and Mao I guess. I took Obama out of their little collage of pictures and...
So imagine my surprise when out state despot signed into law the cruel, punishing and austere budget effecting thousands of kids, surrounded by laughing children. Let's just say they all belong together:

Justice Roggensack says Justice Bradley needed to "Calm down." What about Justice Prosser?
Even Republican women have a hard time standing up for their own gender and work place rights.
While Justice Pat Roggensack has done everything she can to downplay Justice Prosser's physical attack of another Justice, she's only made herself look even more culpable.
Check out the amazing backhanded slap at Justice Ann Walsh Bradley, who apparently needed to "calm down," despite being choked moments before by Justice Prosser. Audio from WPR's Idea's Network:
Prof. Ed Fallone just put out this ad highlighting the incident:

Roggensack: "I physically separated those two people, by putting my body between them and holding onto Justice Bradley until she calmed down."Roggensack then made this unintentional admission of bias:
Roggensack: "You know, I wouldn't be an independent decision maker, that would not be fair to the parties that were involved in this."Roggensack of course never mentioned Justice Prosser by name, because that would just add to his bad reputation and tie him to the assault. I wonder if she gets his slippers too.
Prof. Ed Fallone just put out this ad highlighting the incident:

Justice Candidate Ed Fallone schools Justice Roggensack on Laws in place to Fix Dysfunctional Court.
Poor Justice Pat Roggensack, people just don't understand her or her efforts to bring justice to the court.
Marquette University law Professor and candidate Ed Fallone made it quite clear that it's perhaps Roggensack who really doesn't understand the legal framework of the court and its disciplinary procedure. Her vaguely worded "reprimand" hardly passes as a solution. From WPT's Here and Now:
Want to see a little conservative phony outrage? Check out this sad attempt by Roggensack to put Fallone back on his heals by accusing him of throwing dirt on the court. It's so rehearsed and out of place:

Justice Roggensack could list you as a supporter too....
How do you list someone as a supposed supporter in “error?” And this is the second time.
Justice Roggensack is throwing everything she can into her campaign to get re-elected as a majority member of the conservative activist State Supreme Court. Desperate times...

WKOW: Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Pat Roggensack incorrectly listed a reserve judge as one of her endorsers. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports Roggensack adviser Brandon Scholz as saying Robert Kinney's name was listed in error, and that his endorsement was removed from the justice's web site by Saturday … this is the second time Roggensack has listed an endorsement she did not actually receive.
Kinney emailed Roggensack last week to object to his name being listed among her endorsers, saying he disagreed with her on virtually every 4-3 decision from the court. She wrote back to say he was listed by mistake and his name would be taken down, and Kinney says he's satisfied.
Roggensack is facing Marquette University law professor Ed Fallone in the April 2 general election.

Roggensack gets even more help, in effort to save her job as a Supreme Court conservative activist.
Remember when a special report claiming Milwaukee County was bankrupt under Scott Walker was held back because they didn't want it to be the subject of the campaign? Yeah, that was weird.
They're doing it again, but this time with the conservative Supreme Court Justice up for reelection. Is anybody else getting this?

Justice Roggensack’s collapsing reelection campaign has
brought out the Republican roaches, with the Walker Authority falsely denying
the liberal justices had asked for special security, and now...
jsonline: The state Judicial Commission has told its special prosecutor - at least for the moment - not to pursue new avenues to forward its ethics case against state Supreme Court Justice David Prosser.
Gimbel said Thursday he has given other options to the Judicial Commission on how to proceed with the case, but he was told not to pursue any of them for now.
"My instructions are to leave things as they are," he said.
Yeah, wouldn't it be better if all of this shit didn't hit the
fan during the reelection efforts of an activist conservative justice?

Distraction Alert: Scott Walker needs conservative activist Supreme Court, denies providing Security for Justice Bradley!!
This is meant to take everyone’s eye off Justice Roggensack’s
lie about how nice things are on the court.
You know the Walker Authority’s political grip is slipping
when the administration steps neck deep into a non-partisan Supreme Court
election. This is the big one and they know it.
Their mission; cast doubt and muddy the waters, just like
they do with every fact they disagree with in the reality based world.
Channel3000: Officials with Gov. Scott Walker's administration say they can't find any evidence corroborating state Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley's claims state Capitol Police set up extra security to protect her from a fellow justice. Bradley wrote in a memo released Wednesday that Capitol Police devised a special security plan to help protect her and Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson from Justice David Prosser in March 2011.
Maybe it was a handshake agreement? Or maybe as Walker would
have you believe, liberals fabricated the whole story, because they would do anything to win power. Ooops, that would be projection.
The TRUTH:
The TRUTH:
jsonline: A Capitol Police captain said he did not know anything about the increased security, but the Supreme Court's marshal said she consulted directly with the chief of police at the time. Bradley's Wednesday opinion came out less than a week before Justice Patience Roggensack's primary election, and Bradley was particularly critical of Roggensack, saying she minimized the incident with Prosser.
Tina Nodolf, the Supreme Court marshal, issued a statement Thursday that said "several" justices raised security concerns before the Bradley-Prosser incident. She said she discussed ways to improve court security with Tubbs.
"I understood Chief Tubbs would increase patrol around the Supreme Court chambers after hours," the statement said. "I also advised the concerned justices to lock their office doors while working alone after hours, as discussed with Chief Tubbs."

Reelection Slipping Away, Justice Roggensack promises to Discipline Justice Prosser.
Conservatism is an embarrassing and burdensome condition that sweats desperation.
Take Justice Roggensack, who's up for reelection, and is struggling to get past her nastiness.
How desperate? She's now knows her lies about harmony on the court fell flat, and painted her out-of-touch with reality.
jsonline: State Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley received stepped-up security from law enforcement more than two months before Justice David Prosser put his hands around her neck she and Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson to this day lock themselves in their offices when working after hours because of concerns about Prosser's behavior. So now it's time to discipline Justice David Prosser. This is too good:
Bradley's disclosures also could cause ripples in the re-election campaign of Justice Patience Roggensack, who has contended the Bradley-Prosser altercation was an aberration and that everyone on the court is now getting along. Roggensack's three-way primary is Tuesday, and Bradley noted that throughout the campaign Roggensack has said the justices are "doing just fine" and that claims of dysfunction on the court are "just a bunch of gossip at its worst."
WPT: But the most specific promise Justice Patience Roggensack is making to voters is that she will once and for all resolve the outstanding ethics charge against fellow Justice David Prosser. Roggensack says despite the fact that all but one of the justices witnessed the incident, the court can agree to officially resolve the case one way or another and show the public the court can discipline its own members. “And I am hopeful we will do something from the bench in a very public way.”

Hey, I'm not the one who came up with this...what goes around comes around? Thank you Wisconsin Club for Growth for showing us the tyrannical nature lurking inside the Supreme Court:

Justice Roggensack insists activism, threats and physical altercations "gossip at its worst." That old Jedi mind trick won't work on me.
I hate to use another Star Wars quote here, but you can almost hear Justice Roggensack saying, "I am not the conservative activist justice you're looking for."
But since she doesn't have Jedi powers, her tricks won't work.
There’s no question the Wisconsin Supreme Court is dysfunctional,
with a roguish band of activist conservative justices that have bent over backwards
to quickly advance the legislatures political agenda. Its attempted power grab
to change the way the chief justice is chosen, along with threats and physical
altercations that have embarrassed the state nationally, should no longer be
tolerated.
And that’s why candidate Ed Fallone let Justice Roggensack
have it:
jsonline: Two challengers to incumbent Justice Patience Roggensack let her and the audience know that they think the high court needs reform that only a change of personnel can bring.
Ed Fallone, a Marquette University law professor, criticized Roggensack for recusing herself from hearing an ethics complaint against Justice David Prosser over his 2011 physical altercation with Justice Ann Bradley and for supporting closure of certain administrative conferences that had long been held in public.
He cast the court as "completely dysfunctional," hamstrung by incivility that even extends to "personal sniping in (published) opinions."
Remember the rogue’s gallery of extremist Republican
supporters that turned out to celebrate David Prosser’s reelection win? Nothing screamed activist justice after all the Prosser thank you's? But in the fantasy world of conservatism, Prosser’s threats to the chief
justice and choking incident were supposedly “just a bunch of gossip at it’s
worst.”
Roggensack called the talk of dysfunction and incivility on the seven-member court "just a bunch of gossip at its worst" … Roggensack insisted the law required her recusal from hearing the ethics complaint because she was a witness.
But is that what the law required?
Fallone strongly challenged that assertion. He said a disciplinary proceeding is neither a civil nor criminal case and that Roggensack could have sat in judgment of Prosser's conduct. He was also skeptical of any vague, undefined inherent authority of the court to arrive at its own closure of the matter.
"I'm a process conservative," he said, and he believes the procedures already in place for reviewing judicial misconduct provide a complete, tested and fair way to address the complaint against Prosser.

Guess who’s a Conservative Activist Justice…Roggensack.
It's one of those eye opening "oh my god" moments.
If attorney Vince Megna and Marquette University law professor Ed Fallone don’t run with this revealing payoff to Roggensack for her vote, then they would be crazy.

jsonline: The conservative Wisconsin Club for Growth has purchased at least $111,000 in television ads in support of incumbent state Supreme Court Justice Pat Roggensack. The ads are scheduled to start Thursday and run at least until Feb. 18 -- the day before the primary election.
Of course it could be just a coincidence. What could the Club for Growth think they're getting for $111,000? Here's a few things on their wish list:
