Republicans claim Walker Rigged Elections...big surprise.

Republicans say they're the party that defends against voter fraud. It's all about the integrity of our elections.

But what happens when those same Republicans accuse fellow Republicans like Gov. Scott Walker of cheating, election fraud? Crickets from the "stand with Walker" trolls??
Governor Scott Walker is dismissing a claim that he had a hand in rigging Wisconsin elections. Asked about the column on Thursday, the governor brushed it off, saying only that it’s “apparently that’s what the long term effect is of legalizing marijuana in the District of Columbia.”
Really, a pot joke?
In a column released earlier this week, conservative political consultant Roger Stone said there are strong indications Walker and Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus rigged as many as five election in Wisconsin…including the recall election that targeted Walker.

Stone based the claim in part on a study done by a voting statistics expert, which compared actual election results to exit polling.

Walker did not offer any further comment. Stone is a former advisor to Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s campaign.
Of course this just might a really sneaky way to try and get Democrats to admit there is such a thing as rigging a presidential election....

What Winning Really Means to Scott Walker....

I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around this one.

Confirmed finally: Republican run governments don't work, their ideology is all that matters to them, and they must win no matter what the cost.
Sociopathic Eyes

Walker's brutally insensitive desire to take the governors office is spelled out right here:
Instructions from Scott Walker's campaign manager were explicit: Delay settlement of a long-standing legal case over the starvation-related death of 26-year-old Cindy Anczak at the Milwaukee County Mental Health Complex. "Could care less what it is on," Walker campaign manager Keith Gilkes wrote in an Oct. 22, 2010, email exchange with a Walker aide at the county, referring to the claim's legal basis.

"Keep it buried until Nov. 2nd and then hopefully they'll settle," Gilkes wrote. Walker went on to win his term as governor that same day.

Anczak's parents, Jean and Myron Anczak of Greendale, would wait another full year before the county approved a $125,000 settlement. Jean Anczak said the email comments about her daughter's case were insensitive and a sad reminder. Rock Pledl, the Anczaks' lawyer, said Gilkes' comment was "the most calloused thing I've ever heard.
But Walker won, and isn't that what it's all about?

Gov. Jim Doyle caused the Great Recession!!?

I came across this letter to the Eau Claire Leader-Telegram, repeating the largely uncontested talking point Gov. Jim Doyle caused the Great Recession:
During the last term of the Jim Doyle-Mary Burke administration, more than 133,000 jobs were lost and only 10 percent of employers expressed faith in where Wisconsin was headed.

And the irresponsible media has allowed Scott Walker to exploit this amazingly transparent lie to this day.

So I did a little digging and found this overlooked horrific fact;Under Gov. Scott McCallum, we were attacked on Sept. 11, 2001. McCallum oversaw a sluggish economy and two unpaid for wars.

Thankfully, Democratic Governor Jim Doyle guided us into an era of job creation and year after year balanced budgets. And no further attacks occurred.

This job loss claim is driving me crazy.

Walker’s taking the Sgt. Schultz “I know nothing” defense, again in Firing of Racist Grinch-like Aide!

Scott Walker's Teflon defense of ignorance got old a long time ago, but this is getting ridiculous:
WSJ-Mary Spicuzza: Gov. Scott Walker said he didn't support the email his fired campaign staffer sent urging people to donate to his campaign rather than go "Black Friday" shopping for their children. And Walker said he wasn't aware of offensive tweets targeting Latinos that the same staffer had posted several years ago.
Here’s a guy who’s not just running for governor, but president, and still doesn't control his own campaign message or staff?

“Tone:” Walker objects to the "tone," and not necessarily foregoing Christmas gifts for our kids:
"It's certainly not something I would have put out," Walker said of the fundraising email. "I think the tone would have certainly been different. But obviously the reason for that person no longer being there is much bigger than just that particular email."

Palmisano's unusual fundraising email drew national attention and was widely panned.
Scott Walker’s “I know nothing. I was not here! I did not even get up this morning!” defense:
Walker said he hadn't known about the tweets. "We didn't know about them. I think like
most employers, we don't spend time going back … "But obviously, when it was brought to our attention, it was something that concerned our campaign, and concerned me, and we took action just like we did here at the state."
Wait a minute! Firing an employee was just like the action Walker took here in the state? He’s using this as a vehicle to repeat his campaign message?

And Walker had no idea Palmisano held these deeply troubling racist feelings, right?
Palmisano, 23, was a finance intern for the Walker campaign from January to July before being promoted to deputy finance director, according to her profile on Linked-In. She also was previously a finance intern at the Republican Party of Wisconsin. In his newly released book "Unintimidated: A Governor's Story and a Nation's Challenge," Walker credited Palmisano and other members of his campaign staff with building on the success of his previous election teams.

Walker Fires Campaign Aide Promoting War on Christmas Gifts to Kids.

Just amazing. You no longer have to wonder what Scott Walker thinks about immigrants, or says about them around his office and private meetings. His aide spilled the beans.

This is what the administration's position is, based on racism and fear mongering. Maybe reporters should ask Walker why the people around him are saying such racist things. Keep in mind, these comments were made back in 2011. Her recent press release asking parent to forego their kids Christmas gifts for campaign donations was the real reason she was fired. This was Walker damage control, where he didn't want to have any part of what could and still might be...a GOP "war on Christmas." Forget about the two year old racism. Gawker:
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R), who's trying to generate buzz for a possible 2016 presidential run, had to fire a campaign aide today for her past racist Twitter rants against Latinos—the second such incident to rock Walker's administration since last summer.

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports that Taylor Palmisano, Walker's deputy campaign finance director, was let go Tuesday after activists pointed out her old grumpy "fuck"-filled tweets about "illegal" people who were bothering her on the bus and in the library....

This was the second such firing since August, when another Walker aide—Steven Krieser, assistant deputy secretary of the Wisconsin department of transportation—lost his job after writing on Facebook that illegal immigrants were the spawn of Satan:
[W]e get to be treated to the incredible chutzpah of hundreds of thousands of these criminals marching in the streets in broad daylight, demanding all the benefits of citizenship from a country whose laws they are breaking even as they are standing there. The illegals themselves have bred the animus that many American citizens feel toward them You may see Jesus when you look at them. I see Satan.

The Scott Walker Hail Mary tax cut reelection payoff. Desperate!!!

None of the local news coverage even noticed how blatantly obvious this campaign ploy was, especially after seeing how little property taxpayers will get in the end- $33!!!
Desperate voter payoff?
WKOW: Governor Scott Walker announced Thursday afternoon he is calling a special session for this fall, where Republicans will introduce a bill he says will provide $100 million in property tax relief … the proposal would save $13 this year, and $20 in 2014. Walker says the property tax cut is being funded from a $700 million state surplus. "Given that there's so much variability in local property taxes anyway, for many people it won't be noticed," said Todd Berry, president of the nonpartisan Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance.
Sen. Albert Darling couldn't stress enough that the minor amount in the tax cut is nothing compared to the symbolic nature of their ability to balance budgets and cut taxes. They live and breath this, and will not hesitate to pass anything to look good. It's all a show. This insulting bribe, just $33, is just more fodder for the Democratic challenger for governor:

REALLY BAD TIMING: I think it's beyond irresponsible to propose a tax cut based on mere projections during a total government shutdown, effecting consumer spending and businesses here and around the nation. Just amazing and totally Republican. They do know we're still part of the union?

Federal Reserve slaps Walker with Warning; stop misusing our statistics!!!

Yeah, this is big news.  Expect this to surface again in ad’s from Walker’s Democratic opponents.

Walker’s been acting invisible lately, manipulating statistic and jobs numbers to keep voters guessing.

But all that is about to taken an ugly turn. The Cap Times Mike Ivey has the story:

Top officials with the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia are warning Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce and others that they are misusing a monthly index produced by its top economists. Walker in recent speeches has been touting figures from the “Philly Fed,” claiming they show Wisconsin’s economy as No. 2 in the nation. WMC has been using the same number in a series of advertising buys, thanking Walker for putting the state on the road to prosperity.

But officials with the Philly Fed, who have been following the situation in Wisconsin, issued a statement Friday saying it’s a misreading of their "Coincident Indexes" to try and compare one state to another.

They say the index — which is comprised of several different economic statistics including housing starts, unemployment claims and wages — isn’t designed as a ranking. The Fed does not calculate a ranking based on the index and never has.

Scott Walker pulls Higher Unique School Standards out of his A*S!!! What's next, promising the Tea Party Courage, Brains, and a Heart?

Let me understand this; Scott Walker not only wants to run on economic job predictions and CEO expectations, but now he’s demanding rigorous academic standards without putting in the years of research. So decrees the great and wonderful Walker.

WSJ: Gov. Scott Walker said Tuesday the state should have more rigorous academic standards than the Common Core State Standards, which Wisconsin was one of the first to adopt in 2010. "I’d like to have Wisconsin have its own unique standards that I think can be higher than what’s been established and what’s been talked about at the national level," Walker told reporters.
“Unique standards?” So kids are that different in Wisconsin? This will be fun to learn more about. Walker does know that taxpayers spent big bucks on Common Core, right? Other Republican legislators are just as stunned:
It remained unclear exactly what Walker meant by the comments, including whether he believes the state should abandon the standards. Fellow Republicans Sen. Luther Olsen of Ripon and Rep. Steve Kestell of Elkhart Lake, the chairmen of the Senate and Assembly education committees, said they were puzzled by Walker's pronouncement. They noted the standards -- which cover math and language arts but no other subjects -- are a floor, not a ceiling, for what schools should teach. Changing the standards at this point would also bear an additional cost. "(Schools) already bought curriculum, principals are telling teachers to step it up and all of the sudden the governor is sending mixed signals," Olsen said. "What does that mean?"
Walker wants to appeal to and lock in the national tea party:
Walker and the Legislature already approved two budgets that laid the groundwork and funded new tests related to the standards … “They are the foundation of all work done over the past five years…."

But Tea Party conservatives have criticized the standards, saying they're not rigorous enough and take local control away from states and school districts, labeling the standards "Obamacore." In August a group of 40 conservative activists wrote an open letter to Walker … listed several concerns, including that the standards "will dumb down education in many states in the name of elevating standards."
Thank you Bizarro World Republicans.

Walker Authority asks if story where he's backing away from jobs promise be removed from TV site! Attempt at censorship?

Scott Walker can't take the heat.

In this amazingly well done story by WJFW-TV 12, the anchor makes it very clear Scott Walker is worried. He now has even more to worry about; attempted censorship.

PolitiFact picked up on our story from Monday, seeing it as a sign that the Governor could be backing away from his campaign pledge.

On Wednesday, the Governor reaffirmed his promise.

All this attention seemed to concern the Walker administration.

Walker's press secretary, Tom Evenson, called Newswatch 12 on Tuesday, and asked if we could be persuaded to take Monday's story off our website.

Walker's "Victim, Blame and Excuses" Reelection Campaign Begins. Can't Take the Heat for Failed Governorship!

Scott Walker is starting to build up his "victim, blame and excuses" image early in his campaign. If he cow's the media, Walker could just get away with mismanaging state government, irresponsible spending and borrowing, and being near the bottom in job creation. Don't forget the tax cut bribe no ones gonna notice, but will certainly hear about endlessly on radio and TV.

Conservatives love to play the victim, and poor, poor Scotty can't seem to handle the oppositions criticism of his under performing administration. Has there ever been a weaker looking "leader."

The whiny groveling in his recent fund raising letter is embarrassingly pathetic:
jsonline-Dan Bice:  Gov. Scott Walker likes to tell people and politicians not to
Walker, Reckless Ranger Jacket?
"personalize your differences." But in his latest fundraising letter, the first-term Republican governor accuses his "vengeful" and "bitter" opponents of doing just that by making their fight with him "personal." He then predicted that those critics will "rant, rave, smear and distort" his message. "Our rivals are gearing up with their usual bad ideas and shameless TV attacks," writes Walker, who is penning a memoir entitled "Unintimidated." "They are bitter and vengeful and defeating me is personal for them."
Just the opposite, has anyone come across more "intimidated?" Our touring governor sure has it hard wielding complete control over state government and crushing the minority party with big money donors.

Walker's life didn't have to be this way, filled with ranting, raving, smearing, bitter, vengeful attacks. It's a world he created all by himself, and now the big bad Democratic Party and voters are coming to get him.
