WISGOP offers "safe space" for Oppressed Dane County Republicans in weird ad.

Poor Republicans, they still haven't forced every Wisconsin liberal to pack up and leave the state since taking control. Fearful Republicans still can't express themselves in public. When will conservatives stop being blamed, victimized and questioned over every little failure. What can they do to strike back?

Well, the Republican Party of Dane County knows...they've put out a whiny radio ad blaming "liberals" again for the negative consequences of their own supply side agenda. Isn't it interesting that people are more angry and frustrated now since Scott Walker took over almost 6 years ago.

Here's a clip of WISGOP's radio ad that is oddly similar to the fake radio ads Randi Rhodes played in her show, titled "Republican Rehab." Check them both out for a good laugh...oops, I've just victimized Republicans again:

Ad: "Are you a conservative in  Dane County? Do you feel oppressed? Are your days filled with micro aggression's from your liberal co-workers? Are you afraid to talk politics, worried about the consequences if you - come out of the closet as a Republican. There is hope. The Republican Party of Wisconsin has a "safe space," just for you..."

Vicki McKenna Compares conservative victimhood to threats of racial lynchings.

Just so we all understand the point radio cancer stick Vicki McKenna was making on her recent Facebook post, here's a little background:

WKOW: Harry and Hester Hale have lived in Stoughton for six years. Harry opened an envelope, with no return address written on it, to find a picture depicting the lynching of two African Americans. His 18-year old son's face had been superimposed onto one of the bodies. "This is something we've honestly never dealt with," Harry said. 

The horror this family must be feeling, after receiving this overt racist letter, goes without saying...except in conservative world. Seeing an opportunity where no one with an ounce of common decency would normally think look, McKenna posted this tasteless comment:

Wow. The poor oppressed conservative majority, as seen in the map below, who dominate radio, television and print media everywhere, can't catch a break. How will they ever find the courage and leadership to speak out in public without an Americans for Prosperity bus tour?

After Faking Brutal Attacks by Liberals, 2 Republican "victims" still not charged.

Wisconsin Reporter’s M.D. Kittle (Dec. 2012) reminded me of two Republican lowlifes, who spewed phony charges of being “victimized” and beat up by liberal thugs.

Why they thought they had to be physically bruised and battered is anybody guess, but voters believed their stories for a while, maybe in some cases still do.

First, the “hit” by Rep. Mark Pocan supporters:

Still no charges in two reported assault cases with political implications several weeks after the high-profile incidents went public.

Police say the case of Kyle Wood, the openly gay Republican campaign volunteer who in late October recanted his story that he was beaten up because of his political affiliation and sexual orientation, is in the hands of Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne, awaiting a formal decision on charges. Just hours before police announced that Wood had recanted, conservative news organization Media Trackers reported that Wood had provided harassing text messages that Media Trackers claimed came from Pocan’s spouse. Those texts turned out to be bogus.

Elsewhere, Whitewater Police Chief Lisa Otterbacher told Wisconsin Reporter this week police still are “working on a few things” in the alleged assault on Sean Kedzie. Kedzie, the son of state Sen. Neal Kedzie, R-Elkhorn, in October told police he was attacked by two men who, Kedzie said, attempted to take his Romney-Ryan political sign. Otterbacher said investigators met with Sean Kedzie last week, but the investigation is “kind of at a standstill.”

Authoritarian Reince Priebus wants to: "...protect our party and our candidates from networks not in the business of promoting our party...!" Like Fox News?

RNC Chairman Reince Priebus has had enough. NBC and CNN just aren't in the "business," like Fox News is, of promoting their party and candidates. You've got to hand it to Priebus for his honesty.

In fact, in this interview with Sean Hannity, Priebus is still hurting over the embarrassing and laughable 2012 presidential debates. True to conservative form, Priebus shifts the blame to the networks for just showing those bickering knuckleheads for what they are:

Priebus: "Look, in 20...in...in...a couple of years ago, we had a 23 debate traveling circus, and I think its time we cut out those people..."

Of course, the irony is lost on Priebus, who's now arguing over Hillary movies on NBC and CNN. Wasn't it the Republicans who won the right for networks to show candidate films during an election? And yet Reince can't muster the limited amount of intelligence to connect the dots:

Priebus: "Remember the outrage, ah, the Citizens United, ah....the Citizens United film, when they went forward? And all the liberals were up in arms about Citizens United...well where are they now?"

Uh, Reince, liberals lost that one in court. Political films, hit jobs or puff pieces, are now considered acceptable forms of free speech. And where are they now? Liberals are writing bills to overturn Citizens United.



To this day I still marvel at just how stupid Sean Hannity really is. Such partisan cluelessness is revealed in almost every leading question he asks. So besides seeing the surreal likes of Rick Perry and Herman Cain leading the nominee pack for a few weeks, who can forget the many very uncomfortable and outrageous answers given by the candidates themselves. Their comments are now being blamed on the liberal media:

Hannity: "In 2012, you had all these liberal networks, with Republican primary candidates, pitting one against the other, asking wedge question issues that then would later be used by the Democratic candidate...in this case against Mitt Romney. Am I wrong?"  

In a word, yes. I just loved that question. Poor candidates, having to answer those lousy wedge issue questions that end up being laws pushed by Republicans. Who'd want to know that stuff?

Finally, the ultimate in authoritarian behavior, as Reince unabashedly lays out his plan of deception and control:

Priebus: "The party needs to control the debates, and we need to make sure we've got rules in place...so our candidates can have reasonable exchanges. The problem is now, we have moderators who are in the business of making news, at the expense of our party and our candidates. We can't do it anymore."

Another classic Priebus whine:

Priebus: "And they pushed these candidates into positions in ridiculous hypothetical's that are never going to be reality. All they do is have a slice and dice each other for an entire year...we have to control the referees we bring in to our playground." 

Poor independent and rugged conservative individuals. Whine, whine, whine.
