What a way to get attention; Vandalized GOP headquarters blamed on "Left."

The party of dirty tricks now wants us to believe the Racine County’s GOP headquarters were vandalized by drum beating, latte drinking 60's hippies spreading socialism. Will they ever make up their minds?

Oh sure, we’re all as gullible as those low information Republican tea party voters, so why not believe this one too:
Journal Times: Racine County’s state GOP headquarters was reportedly vandalized earlier this week, with phrases scrawled on the property’s glass in permanent marker. On the window in front of an “I Stand with Scott Walker” poster, the vandal scrawled, “Criminals.”

According to Racine County GOP Chairman Bill Folk, “Vandalism to a headquarters just kind of raises it to a different level.”
Feel sorry for the picked on victims of their own campaign of division, bigotry and racial hatred. Funny how that works.

The biggest bullshitter, who’s working his way up to Priebus status, is Joe Fadness.

He would like you to believe the peacenik Republicans disdain intimidation and threats, you know, like the ones thrown at recall petitioners and the Solidarity Singers. They hate being targeted like those on the now infamous Walker Recall Black Lists. They would never think of anything so out of place in our communities, like all those stolen and vandalized Barrett signs:

State Republican Party Executive Director Joe Fadness said in an emailed statement, “Republicans continue to be the target of threats and intimidation from the Left. Vandalism and anger have no place in our communities, and we will continue to be positive and work toward victory next year.”
How could we have misjudged them so?

Stevens Point Democratic Voters Lose Free Speech Rights, Get Yard Signs Stolen and Vandalized.

Republicans are determined to win one for the Mitt.

Republicans thugs are revoking the free speech rights of Democratic voters who want to express their support for their candidates. Billionaires can run untouchable radio and TV ads, citizens have to replace trashed or stolen yard signs.

I was fascinated by the way this article started off:
Stevens Point Journal: Police are investigating a unusually high number of incidents of vandalism to political signs in the Stevens Point area … signs being damaged is costing political organizations more time, effort and money, party officials say. Signs for Democratic Party candidates have been damaged more than those for Republican candidates, but both sides say they are sick of the problem.
Both sides? Really? No…that’s not true, because late in the story….
As of Tuesday, the Democratic Party of Portage County has repaired or replaced 63 signs at some 40 sites, said party member Kent Hall. Hall said, “Whoever is doing this obviously has no concept of freedom of speech.”
But this is where we finally find out who was really losing their rights, in the most casual way:
Olszewski said the Republican Party hasn’t kept track of how many their signs were damaged, and said party members don’t always report when they get replacement signs. She agreed that most of the damage this election cycle has been to Democratic Party signs.
Whew, that was difficult.

Vicki and Rebecca's Excellent Adventure, or Lady & the Tramp?

I ran across this video oddity featuring Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch and Vicki McKenna basking in their conservative victimhood. Boo hoo, it's so hard to be a conservative woman in Madison and Dane County. Personally, I wish Dane County residents would make McKenna's fiction a reality, whenever they see her in public. Let's make it a self fulfilling prophesy, shall we?

But the funniest part of the video is Kleefisch's prayer, exulting the Republican Party as God's own:
"Lord please protect the leaders, who are doing nothing but their jobs. Please protect our supporters, may they be eloquent. Lift them up to victory if that be your will..."
It's mind altering stuff, without all the chemicals.

Felony charges against Walker Thug's Bomb Threats.

Federal charges have been filed against a Walker thug who called in over 100 bomb threats to the Democratic Party's headquarters. Yeah right, it's both sides.... Channel3000:

Republicans love Guns and Movie Theater Killers.

Only gun loving paranoids would put together, and think, the following Facebook site satisfied a need. I'm just guessing, but due to the inclusion of Obama in one of the pictures, what we have his is another fine example of Republican American Exceptionalism.

Only hours after the Aurora shooting claimed 12 lives early Friday morning, an individual took to Facebook and created a page in dedication to alleged shooter James Holmes.

Despite lots of anger and criticism directed towards the page's yet-to-be-identified creator or creators via the comments, more than 425 people have already Liked the page as of Monday morning.

Responding to angry comments, the person responded "It's a page for those who like James, give him a second chance."

Republicans Trash Election Process…because They Lost the Recall. If things don’t change for them, they might lose another one.

Losing just one election has caused the Republican authority in this state to go into an epileptic seizure. After gaming the system in every way, denouncing the necessary recount in the Prosser/Kloppenburg race, even after Waukesha filed late returns and staff found open and misnumbered ballot bags to boot, Republicans are suddenly the paragons of election integrity? But will spot check a few computers with their paper ballots after an election, just to see if the computer counts are accurate? Didn't think so. Integrity my ass.
MtPleasantPatch: Republican Legislature leadership on Wednesday requested the Government Accountability Board examine and resolve alleged irregularities at the polls that came to light in the District 21 recall race.
The usual cry baby Republicans have surfaced: Rep. Robin Vos and Jeff Fitzgerald.
This wasn't a mockery of the electoral system in Waukesha?
"The situation in the 21 Senate District is a wake-up call to the state," the Republicans wrote. "We have laws in the books that are not being followed and a recall election that made a mockery of our election system."
What about the law on the books requiring states to set up health insurance exchanges? Oh, I forgot, that’s a law they don’t like.

You kind of get the idea that they’re just making this stuff up too, distracting from their own possible election fraud, with their over the top 1,000 objections! I kid you not, it’s that bad...but not bad enough to hold up in court.
Despite logging more than 1,000 objections over irregularities primarily in the City of Racine during the recount, including voters not signing poll books and unsealed ballot bags, Wanggaard would not file an appeal an appeal in Racine County Circuit Court to challenge the results.
As Wanggaard put it: "There was just so much smoke created by what happened in the city that it's overwhelming. We have smoke, but no gun, so it doesn't make sense to file an appeal even with over 1,000 objections."

After the embarrassing mess in we saw in Waukesha, twice, Republicans are now saying a Democratic win is really "electoral mockery."
Big difference ignored in Waukesha
"It's an utter mockery of our system and clerks are simply not complying with the law." To make things worse, the recount prevented the city from making the deadline for sending out same-day voter registration postcards.
Having created the above problem due to an unnecessary recount:
Wanggaard said those cards need to be mailed within 10 days and even read the statute to prove his point.

Union under threat in radically conservative Brookfield.

Freedom and liberty apparently don't extend to those who want to organize and belong to a union. After all, unions participate in elections, forcing corporate interests to spend more money than they would normally have too. Take out the unions and the corporate buyout of our elections is complete.

Which brings me to the current wave of threats.

Walker supporters have found new and illegal ways to corrupt democracy, all the while "saving it" (you know, like Medicare). Harassment and threats are all part of a standard campaign operating procedure developed by Walkerites, in the same city that decided the election of conservative activist Justice David Prosser:
Brookfield Patch: United Education Profession in Brookfield called police several times last week to report employees had receiving harassing, threatening phone calls. The same week that an effort to recall Gov. Scott Walker was launched, employees of United Education Profession called police three times about threats and suspicious vehicles in its Burleigh Road parking lot.

We Are Milwaukee spokesman Ted Kraig is an employee with Council 10 of the Wisconsin Education Association Council, the state teachers union.

According to police reports: At 7:11 a.m. Wednesday, a United Education Profession staff assistant called Brookfield police to say a man had phoned the business three times that morning telling her how "(expletive) up" the teachers and their unions are. The caller's identity was blocked ... called again the next afternoon, saying it was continuing to receive threats ... Kraig, who works in the same building, (said) he was getting harassing calls to his home, cell and work phones, including calls at 2 a.m. Thursday ... the phone listed to a number with a 612 area code.

Walker Thug Rips Up Petition at Road Side Petition Stop.

Certain that their Republican governor's policy direction is not what Wisconsinites want, Walker thugs statewide, some from out of state, are causing chaos and breaking laws to defeat the recall.

I hope AG J.B. Van Hollen upholds the integrity of the recall/election standard he has set in the
past by investigating this organized effort to derail the Walker recall.

WSJ: A man who stopped his pickup truck at a site where signatures were being collected Thursday, 10 a.m. in the 800 block of South Midvale Boulevard, for the recall of Gov. Scott Walker ripped up one of the petitions instead of signing it. The signature gatherers were holding signs and having vehicles pull into a parking lane when a driver in a red pickup stopped. When given a petition to sign, he ripped it up and drove away, police spokesman Joel DeSpain said. The destroyed petition had three signatures on it … Signature takers were able to get the license plate number, but police had not located the man as of Thursday afternoon … Falsifying, defacing or destroying a recall petition is a felony punishable by up to three years and six months in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Young Republicans Bat S**t Crazy, Celebrate Walker's first Year

I thought this Mad Hatter style press release of pure political projection lent itself to commentary, my own, interjected throughout:
Dane County Young Republicans Announce “Recall the Recall” Event to Take Place Nov. 15 at The Edgewater Hotel

The Dane County Young Republicans … announced plans to hold a “Recall the Recall” event in support of Gov. Scott Walker on the eve of the proposed recall by liberal special interests. (Wisconsinites who object to their “one party” government are now special interests?)

Speakers Vicki McKenna and Rep. Robin Vos will appear to denounce the Democrats’ historic overreach (Democrats…are they kidding or this clueless?) and recount how Governor Walker’s reforms are working to relieve the burden on working families throughout Wisconsin.

Here’s where it gets really, really surreal! Having been at the Capitol protests with my kids at least 10 times, what follows are the delusional ranting’s of a party so devoid of a moral and ethical center, that you have to be a complete dupe not to see through this bullshit. I don’t usually write this, but these people are really fucked up:
“While paid out-of-town capitol protesters and violent “Occupy” crowds have been rioting and disrupting state and local governments throughout the country, we wanted to focus on the positive gains Wisconsin has made because of Governor Walker’s leadership said David Summers, DCYR spokesperson.

“The only thing Democrats seek with the recall process is the furthering of their extreme liberal agenda, which the voters thankfully threw to the curb in the elections of 2010,” added Charla Halverson, President of the Dane County Young Republicans.

Instead of joining with Governor Walker … (the) Democratic party (is) only willing to ignore the voice of the people and instead are pushing for a costly and divisive recall. Wisconsinites have repeatedly shown their distaste for hijacking of their rights at the ballot box by Big Labor and other Washington, DC-based special interests, and we’re confident that opposition will continue. ” More information can be found at www.danecountyyr.com.

Democratic Wisconsinites now getting Threatening Letter's by Walker Thugs.

TMJ4 must be kidding. Their coverage of the Capitol protests have always been described on their newscasts and web site as "Capitol Chaos." That would give casual viewers the false impression the Walker protests were anything but peaceful. But that would be a media lie. No union thuggery, no vandalism, and almost no arrest except for a few protesters who had to be physically removed after being told to leave. Another words, no chaos.

So what's the blow back? Threatening letters to those who oppose the Walker administration. Is this really happening in America?
ST. FRANCIS - Mario Rodriguez doesn't hide the fact he's no fan of Scott Walker. But he's upset his opinions made his family a target. His wife, who works for the state, received a threatening letter in the mail Monday. "Everybody's entitled to their opinion, freedom of speech, whatever. "But if you're going to come to my house and make threats, then it's a different story."

The bizarre thing about TMJ4's coverage is that they continue to use the inflammatory "Capitol Chaos" slogan. Here's a copy of the letter written by one of those well behaved conservative "adults" in the room:

The letter is a page long. It includes a lot of name calling. One of the clean ones, "greedy union garbage."

The author also claims union protestors ruined the Capitol earlier this year, and warns the same thing could happen to Rodriguez's home, come Halloween. "I have my wife and three kids, so anybody that's going to make threats on your home, you don't know if they're going to make good on that."

The letter comes from someone using the name "American Patriot". It also comes from a bogus address on East Main Avenue. Another person living in the neighborhood also got the letter.

TODAY'S TMJ4 caught up with him. He didn't want to be interviewed, but he did say he let the police know about it and will be making a formal complaint to the post office tomorrow morning.
