Dumb Ron Johnson loses ObamaCare lawsuit!!! Court to Dummy: "He could not be accused of participating in an illegal scheme if he declined to participate."

Poor Dumb Ron Johnson. Once a fool always a fool...
A federal appeals panel sided with a lower court Tuesday to throw out a lawsuit over Obamacare brought by U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson and one of his aides.
Even funnier than some of the things Johnson's says is the judges decision to throw the suit out. I just love this:
A three-judge panel of the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago on Tuesday unanimously agreed: "Respectfully, we do not see how Senator Johnson's reputation could be sullied or his electability diminished by being offered, against his will, a benefit that he then decided to refuse," the panel wrote. "He could not be accused of participating in an illegal scheme if he declined to participate."
Yikes, did I detect a little sarcasm? Of course, like the clown we know him to be, Johnson had a quick unintentionally humorous comeback:
In a statement, Johnson expressed frustration at losing for a second time because of a "legal technicality." "We've lost a battle in court, but we will continue to move forward in our effort to return sanity, fairness and balance to government on behalf of the American people."
Isn't it the court moving forward with sanity, fairness and balance?

Psycho activist Supreme Court Justices have no problem ending health care for millions, reflecting their extremist Party Agenda.

There's something sick about conservative judicial activism. They are the ultimate bully, free from criticism. The Supreme Court's activist conservatives Justices don't seem to buy the Affordable Care Act's interpretation that despite providing tax credits to both the state and federal exchanges equally, congress never intended to roll it out that way. Really, that defies logic.

So what's Antonin Scalia thinking?
U.S. Solicitor General Donald Verrilli told the court the Obama administration’s reading of the law was the only one that made sense. Allowing subsidies nationwide is compelled by the structure and design of the health law, he said, adding that Mr. Carvin’s interpretation couldn’t be what Congress intended.

Justice Antonin Scalia jumped in and said, “Of course it could be.” What mattered, Justice Scalia said, is how Congress actually wrote the law.
The court is supposed to look at the intent, and the way it was implemented. But that would be too easy.

The irony of the court challenge to me is this; the plaintiff is arguing against having any insurance at all. Because he doesn't want it, millions who want coverage will lose theirs. That's the kind of society we have today, and it's only going to get much worse.

Frustrating too is watching the valiant effort by Sen. Kathleen Vinehout to bring back the nearly completed work of the Doyle administrations state exchange.
WSJ: A bill released by state Sen. Kathleen Vinehout, D-Alma, and Rep. Melissa Sargent, D-Madison, would set up the Badger Health Benefit Authority to run an exchange with insurance options for individuals and employers with up to 100 workers.

The bill draws on work by former Democratic Gov. Jim Doyle to set up a state exchange, Vinehout said. Gov. Scott Walker, a Republican, opted instead for the federal exchange.

“Let’s make sure the people of our state are not devastated by partisan politics,” Sargent said.

Federal Judge Rules Dumb Ron Johnson...Dumb, over ObamaCare Lawsuit.

It was a ridiculous lawsuit, but Dumb Ron Johnson had time on his side to get as much traction out of his ObamaCare attack as he possibly could, and he got it. Tea party low information voters were impressed with Johnson's suit and challenge to the imperial president.

Wisconsin's political Embarrassment: The Federal Judge pretty much laughed in Dumb Ron Johnson's face:
A federal judge Monday dismissed U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson's suit over an Obama administration ruling on the Affordable Care Act, finding he had failed to demonstrate any true harm he faced from the decision.
In what is the dumbest reason yet to impress the judge:
WisPolitics: Johnson argued the ruling hurts his reputation with his constituents by requiring him to participate in an "illegal" scheme, Judge William Griesbach ruled Johnson and his aide lacked standing to file the suit, finding much of the injuries the lawmaker claimed were speculative.
Illegal Scheme? Who said? The judges statement could also be applied party wide:
The judge also rejected Johnson's argument that he was being required to participate in something he found illegal. Griesbach noted no court had yet found the administration's rule illegal and the provision does not require any member of Congress to act. Simply believing the provision is illegal was not "enough to create standing because that would open the door to any uninjured party who had a generalized grievance with a government regulation. Under such an approach, there would be no principled limit on standing because a plaintiff need only allege a belief that the challenged regulation is illegal," the judge wrote.
