Ryan to teach "good discipline, good character" to the rabble. What a "leader."

Rep. Paul Ryan revealed his more arrogant ugly side the other day, suggesting:

"To help people get out of poverty in the inner city...teach people good discipline, good character." That's the solution to poverty? That isn't a declaration of class warfare?
