Republicans Applaud Idea of Never Having Passed Social Security and Medicare, resulting in Americans suffering.

When Obama got to the part of his American Jobs Act speech where he posed this questioned:

"What kind of country would this be if this chamber voted down Social Security or Medicare because it violated some ridged idea of what government could or could not do. How many Americans would have suffered as a result?"  

The Republicans gave their answer in the form of an applause. Ghouls.
