Brave Rep. James Sensenbrenner, Republican, Courageously Appears in Public. After all, Conservative Killers Going after Dems.

The balls of this story, and the nerve of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for even printing it. You would have thought the press might have asked a few Democrats about there town hall plans.
Democracy chugged along Sunday in Pewaukee, undaunted by the horrific events in Tucson, as five dozen residents turned out at a town hall meeting to tell Jim Sensenbrenner, their congressman, exactly what they thought of how the country should be run.
Sensenbrenner said he would have it no other way. "This was not just an attack on a congresswoman," he said of the shootings … "This was an attack on American principles. It was designed to discourage the government process. But it won't. We won't let it." Sensenbrenner said, he would not change the way he conducts business.
"I could just as easily be killed in car today as shot by a nutcase," he said.
That’s true, because the target nowadays just so happens to be Democrats. Brave talk Jim. I can you hear the left crying out for open carry now?
"We are not going to let this stop the American government from functioning," he said.
Bigger risks are taken by Democrats, like Tammy Baldwin:
Rep. Tammy Baldwin said she would not scale back her public appearances and would continue her long-held practice of notifying local law enforcement when she is holding events. Baldwin has faced many threats during her 12 years in Congress, and in some cases has been targeted because she is a lesbian. Because of those threats, Baldwin has not listed her home address in election filings or the state's Blue Book.
Sensenbrenner’s only worry is that he would someday be targeted as an openly heterosexual white guy.
