Sure this is just one Republican out of so many who have criticized the food program, but honestly, isn't this really what they've been saying all along?

The candidate, Dr. Annette Bosworth, is running in the Republican primary to succeed Sen. Tim Johnson (D-S.D.), who is retiring. Bosworth shared a viral imageon her personal Facebook page:
