Walker can't wait to abandon Kids on Badgercare.

Governor Walker cares so much about people he going prove it if it kills you. Kids will be just so much collateral damage after he done making his sociopathic point. When will the media begin to start noticing his emotional disconnect with others? It's not that he’s unflappable, he just doesn't seem to care.

WSJ: Governor's budget includes possible future Medicaid cuts for children, says a report by the Wisconsin Council on Children and Families … According to the new report the changes would, (among other things):

• Expand the definition of family income to include all adults in the household for more than 60 days, even if adults aren’t related or don’t qualify for Medicaid.

• Drop children for a year if their families don’t pay their monthly premium and end transitional coverage for families below the poverty level once their incomes increase. Currently, they can still get full coverage for a year.
