Oral Sex Illegal? Will Repressive Virginia Law make criminals of us all?

You know, it’s not easy finding another job, in another state, upending the kids, packing up the van and get the hell out of Dodge. But what happens when a repressive Republican regime takes power and makes it illegal to have oral sex. What parent wants to expose their kids to a legal system that could criminalize them for life. Oral sex, really?

Jonathan Turley: Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has decided to continue the fight to preserve the state’s “crimes against nature” law that bans both oral and anal sex in both heterosexual and homosexual relations. The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit (considered by many to be the country’s most conservative circuit) struck down the law on obvious constitutional grounds. 

However, Cuccinelli has filed a motion for reconsideration to try to get that decision reversed.
